Wellness Counselling was created in 2013.
There are times in our lives we could all ‘lean into’ more ease of being, by supporting ourselves and finding a safe space to hold and guide us as we navigate our life experiences.
Wellness Counselling therapy practice is based on my psychology counselling degree, wellness tools and intuitive support /guidance for each person and their unique life circumstances.
Understanding our stories, sitting in our feelings (and a lot more) we have the opportunity to step into our power through alignment and authenticity.
In our authenticity is where we find our personal freedom. In our alignment, we create our best life.
As we become ‘unstuck’ our creativity flows and we become productive and present in our life.
I offer in person and online sessions.
